Mamasaid is a collection of recipes and instructions that I learned from my mother on cooking some of the more popular Cajun and creole dishes along with some country favorites from my mother’s  country roots growing up in Mississippi… after my mother’s passing I chronicled those recipes into a manuscript and wrote a short story of family life and memories together with the recipes and created mamasaid Country Cajun cookbook.
